Both local trips and overnight activities are in the works for Spring ’13, Summer ’13, and early Fall ’13. Some of these will include Dali Museum, Ginnie Springs, Scallop diving, Elmira’s Wildlife Sanctuary, Kennedy Space Center, and even the Atlanta Aquarium along with a handful of others. The club officers and advisors work really hard to provide the club with these opportunities. These are viewed as incentives for commit club members. We really appreciate the effort everyone gives!
It has been noted that Thursdays at 5pm is not necessarily the best time for everyone to meet. Below is the link to a survey with other potential times. This is a required survey. You will have until Thursday, November 8th to complete the survey. Your username and password are the same as if you were signing in to MySPC. This is how we will keep track of who has filled out the survey or not. The new meeting time will be announced after the end of the survey. Especially since meetings will now award a point for attendance, if you do not complete the survey you will unfortunately be considered an inactive member. We really want everyone’s participation in our awesome club! The day and time will be chosen based on the majority of votes received. The meeting the week of November 19th we will have a pizza party to show our appreciation for your commitment to the club.
